I have been doing tutoring for two semesters. In these classes I taught first years students of Industrial Design at Tu/E about Professional Identity, Vision, Self-directed learning, reflecting, Personal development plans, Showcase, report and more.

Because of this, I gained more confidence in presenting and giving feedback. It gave me hand holds on improving my own Professional Vision and Identity, and it let me develop a critical eye towards my own reflecting skills.

Creating an interesting, useful and pro-active class, was my aim. For this I feel it is important to show confidence and some authority, but also make people feel comfortable by adapt a human attitude.

Even though, I really liked doing these tutoring hours, I don't feel my future goal is to become a teacher.
